Description
Thurstanne Lowe, husbandman, of Hassop to Roland Eyre of Hassop. An annual rent charge of four shillings issuing from his messuages and lands in Hassop. Each year Thurstan shall carry to the capital messuage of Roland Eyre 'unum cumulum carbonum maritimorum vocat a rook of sea coles' from any place Eyre pleases, not above seven miles distant from the said messuage, where he shall buy or otherwise obtain it, and each year in which Roland neglects to give notice where he will buy the coal the annuity will not be paid.
