Description
Anne Barber of Ronkesley (co. Derby), widow, to Thomas Eyre of Tyddeswall [Tideswell], gentleman. Moiety of a tenement in Wheston and the moiety of a pasture ground called Moxdale, between the lordship of Wormhill and Tyddeswall, for forty-seven years at rents of nine-and-tenpence and ten shillings; which premises were leased by Sir Ingram Clifford and Dame Anne, his wife, to Edmund Eyre of Bradfield (co. York), on 18th July, 1557, for 60 years; Edmund Eyre has since died and Anne Barber is his executor and Thomas Eyre his brother.
