Surveyor: William Senior
Scale: Scale for Chesterfield and for Spittle after 32 pearches in one inch [1:64000]. Skale pf 200 perches 20 in an inch serveth for grasmoore and hasland greene [1:40000]
Materials: coloured paints on paper.
Centered on: SK385710 (Chesterfield), SK395690 (Hasland Green]. SK405670 (Grassmoor)
Notes: top of sheet north-west. Estate map, about 640 acres, showing Chesterfield with unnamed streets, houses in terraces: church, vicarage, 'old hall', 'correction house' in distinctive perspectives: market place with cross in elevation: named closes with areas and tenant: some 'incrochments' on moors: 'Cole pitt' with drawing of hand stowes: mill, 'Spittle' buildings in quadrangle, houses, tenants named, intakes, roads, gates, rivers, bridges.
