Title
Declaration of Trust between William Kitchen of Bramley in the parish of Bakewell, farmer, declares that £500 expended under a lease (recited) was the joint property of Kitchen and Matthew Frost of Hassop and agrees to surrender one half part of the interest in the leased premises when required

Description
The recited lease is as follows: Francis Eyre, Earl of Newburgh, to William Kitchen. A parcel of land in Calver whereon a Water corn mill was lately standing with the sluice and dams and a private road to the same; for the purpose that Kitchen should erect a new stone mill, machine or engine within one year at a cost of £500; for 21 years at a rent of £20
