Description
Frances Abson gives to the other parties full liberty and licence to search and dig for lead ore in her four closes in Folow in the Parish of Eyam called Pasture Edge Close, Crow Close, Broomhill Close and Yard Close and to sink shafts except in the old vein worked by Mr. Bagshawe and Company; Hayward and Wager agree to pay her one twentieth part of all free ore and smytham digged in the said closes, and pay for all damages. After the said mines are clear of debt Mrs. Abson is to received one sixteenth part
