Thomas Gardom, hosier, late of Bubnell, now of the Cliff, par. of Bakewell by the direction of Christian Gardom, widow, of Youlgreave and Benjamin Chappell, woolcomber, of Salford, late of Youlgreave, to William Gardom, cottonspinner, of Bakewell and Alexander Bossley, of Bakewell. Little Hucklow Cow Pasture; High Meadow; a barn near Windmill House, in Little Hucklow; a house at Matlock Bank and several inclosures at Matlock etc. In trust for William Gardom; for £350 and a bond of £500 between William Gardom and Christian. (Sarah, daughter of William Gardom, married Thomas Barker, who died 1816.)
