Chester). All Watkinson’s lands etc in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire excepting copyhold at Bolsover cottages at Renishaw and certain lands at Brampton to be conveyed within 6 months of the majority of Mary Greene, daughter of Thomas, to be held to the uses of her marriage with Watkinson.
