Agreement. Godfrey Watkinson of Newhouse, Brampton with William Clowes, the younger, of Langley in Sutton co. Chester and Mary, his wife, widow of Thomas Greene of the Waters, Bollington (co. Chester). All Watkinson’s lands etc in Derbyshire and Nottinghamshire excepting copyhold at Bolsover cottages at Renishaw and certain lands at Brampton to be conveyed within 6 months of the majority of Mary Greene, daughter of Thomas, to be held to the uses of her marriage with Watkinson.
