Pre-nuptial settlement. Ann Caygill, spinster of Halifax to Cyril Jackson, Doctor of Physic, and Robert Royds Caygill. Messuage in Mixenden in the township of Ovendon with a barn and fulling mill and the Ive Ing, the Bank Close and other named property and a messuage in Greetland called the Crossland and the Wood Ing, Lower Brieryfield and other named properties; to be held to customary uses and also all her ready money and securities to be held in trust for her intended husband to have the benefit of the interest; in consideration of the marriage of Ann and the Rev. Robert Charlesworth. Schedule of moneys owning to Ann Caygill endorsed.
