To convey all Jane’s lands in Brampton and Chesterfield and her fourth part of property in Bakewell and Chapel-en-le-Frith, Dodworth, Storrs and Skinnerthorpe. The Brampton property to be held by a trustee for the paymnt of £200 to Jane; Thomas agrees to convey to Jane an annuity of £200 from his property at Barmpton, Monyash, Muckspout and Hagg, etc.
