Title	Grant in trust. John Barker of Bakewell, with the consent of his wife, Jane, now residing at Greenwich, to Peter Walthall, clerk, of Bakewell. A copyhold messuage and lands in Ashford to be held in trust for Barker and, if he should die before Jane, to hold them in trust to pay from the profits of the same a sum sufficient to make the annual value of the property she will in that case inherit, under the wills of Godfrey Watkinson and Robert Scholler, up to a total of £200.
