Title
Articles of agreement. Robert Barker, joiner, of Darley with Henry Barker, joiner, of the same. Half a shop and land behind to make a timber yard is to be granted to Henry without cost to him so long as Henry lives with him. Henry also to have the use for his rent of the Ballacre in the Wenslee, houseroom fire and lodgings. If Henry marries he may remove his own goods from the house. Quitclaim from Robert of even date.
