George Ruddierd, yeoman, of Bakewell and Hannah, his wife, Charles Parker, yeoman, of Bakewell and Sarah, his wife, Mary Heathcote, spinster (Sarah and Mary being co-heiresses of John Heathcote, the youngest formerly of Ridgehall (par. Chapel) now of Bakewell and Edward Buxton, yeoman, formerly of Chelmorton, now of Bakewell. Messuage, Twigg Croft, a half acre in Bothomings, a rood on Gell Well and other named properties in Bakewell in order to establish a partition made between the two parties.
