Dated 25th March 1770 and ii/ Lease for a year 'Is Highton to Th S Hodges Esq dated 24th March 1778
- Release viz Conveyance of a third part of several pieces of land at Matlock' 'Mr Joshua Weston/ to/ Thos Hodges Esq. This contained i/ Lease for a year dated 24th March 1778 and ii/ Bond to indemnify ..his wife's Dower and for performance of covenant
