A/E 12 Document ' Dated 1st October 1811/ Samuel Oldkno Esq /to/ Miss Martha and Jane Oldknow / Release of Mortgage in fee of several messuages loomshops/ buildings lands and heriditaments in marple in the County / of Chester/ Covenant to transfer 10 shares in the Peak Forest Canal/ Navigation/ and/ Asignment of 3 sums of £100, £300 and £100 owing/ on mortgage of certain proportions of tolls, turnpikes and tollhouses within mentioned and the said mortgaged/ premises for securing the sum of £2240 and interest to/ which Miss Oldknow's are ? under the will of Mr Thomas Oldknow their late Father deceased'
