at a minimum royalty of £200 for first year and £400 per year thereafter plus £100 per acre of Top Hard Coal, £45 per acre of Ell Coal, £50 per acre of Deep Soft and Deep Hard Coal, £60 per acre of Tupton Coal, £40 per acre of Tupton Three Quarters Coal, £40 per acre of Blackshale Coal, plus £3 per surface acre and £5 per acre of any foreign coal.
