Copy of release by John Harris yeoman of Pits Moor, Sheffield, grandson of the late John Harris yeoman of Ashford to Robert Newton esquire of Newton House, Samuel Shore esquire of Norton Hall, Samuel Shore junior esquire of Lincoln's Inn, Middlesex, Peter Nightingale esquire of Lea, Issac Wilkinson junior esquire of Chesterfield, Samuel Unwin junior esquire of Sutton in Ashfield, Notts, John White hosier of Chesterfield, George Creswell grocer of Ashford, Thomas Biggin scythesmith of Little Norton, Henry Hall cutler of Sheffield, Charles Hall dyer of Ashford and William Harris yeoman of Sheffield of the Presbyterian Dissenting Chapel in Ashford and the Inclosure allotment made to John Harris and other trustees of the meeting house in Ashford in trust for the building to be used as a place of worship by the congregation of Protestant Dissenters. The income is to be used for the benefit of neighbouring Protestant Dissenters places of worship in the event of there being no Minister at Ashford Chapel
