Copies of certificates for examination by surgeon DV Evans, later by Josiah Allen in April 1875, and lastly by Edward Gaylor from May 1875, of young persons aged at least 8 years of age who are employed in the factory at Belper. States the child’s christian name and the christian names and surname of the parents.
