Sections (1) on visits of the certifying surgeon, recording days, signatures of surgeons, and numbers of persons presented for examination and certificates granted, Apr 1871-Aug 1875, and (2) lists of young persons, with columns for reference numbers of certificate of employment, dates of first day of employment or re-employment, and notes when they leave or become eighteen, Nov 1870-Aug 1875. At front, unused sections for holidays and limewashing of factory.
