Title
1-3 Greenhill, Wirksworth
Description
This property was a ruin when the Trust decided to renovate. It was built about 1631 by William Hopkinson, a lead merchant.
The aim of this restoration was to provide more office space in Wirksworth and the project was funded by Derbyshire County Council and the Development Commission. The Trust acted as as agent for the restoration and later for the management of the property. Work was completed in 1983. The offices of the Trust are based in this property.
