Administrative HistoryErrwood Hall in the Goyt valley was built in the 1830s by Samuel Grimshawe and remained in the family until 1930. It fell into disrepair in the later 1930s, but the ruins were later consolidated and are managed by Peak Park as part of a nature reserve.
