Administrative History | Originally, Foremark, Ingleby and Bretby were chapelries of Repton. Bretby remained so until 1878, but Foremark (including Ingleby) became a separate parish at a much earlier date - probably when the new church at Foremark was built around 1662. Milton is a hamlet within Repton.
Foremark and Repton became an united benefice in the 1910s, with Newton Solney joining later in the 20th century. |
