Administrative HistoryDerbyshire Constabulary is responsible for reviewing all applications for licensable activities and make representations on behalf of the Chief Constable where this is felt to be appropriate and necessary. Amongst other duties, it's licensing staff work with the licensed trade and other stakeholders to promote best practice and provide support, advice and assistance where required.
