Title
Attested copy (made 18 August 1888) of a conveyance by (1) George Hepworth of Chesterfield, gentleman, and John Wathey of Dethick, in the Parish of Ashover, gentleman; to (2) George Buxton of Holloway, in the Parish of Ashover, hatter; - reciting that whereby Alice Haslam of Holloway, spinster, deceased, by her will dated 31 July 1843 and proved on 22 April 1847, appointed (1) as executors, and bequeathed property situate at Holloway which is hereby conveyed to (2), being two houses (one converted from a stable and coachhouse) formerly occupied by Elizabeth Marchant deceased, then of Joseph Marchant, then of William Young, then of Martin Else, late of the said Alice Haslam, and of John Tomlinson, now of William Gaunt and James Beard; also a piece of land adjacent called The Croft.
