Title
Particulars and conditions of the sale by auction on 14 Sep 1904 of: Lot 1 a cottage, etc, situated near to the High Peak Harriers Beer House at Biggin to the late Robert Greatorex deceased, and formerly occupied by Mr Houselander but now untenanted Lot 2 a piece of copyhold land situate at Blakemoor in the Township of Hartington Town Quarter, about 4 acres, now occupied by Edward Wilton. The mines and minerals under this lot are reserved to the Duke of Devonshire. Two copies, each with an agreement for the sale, Lot 1 by Miss Mary Alice Greatorex and Messrs William Greatorex, George Henry Greatorex, and Tom Greatorex, to William Warrington of Biggin, for £41 and Lot 2 by Francis William Stubbs (as executor of the late James Gould) to the trustees of The Royal Lodge of Ancient Shepherds, Biggin, for £88
