Title	Letter from Heny & Heny of Regent Chambers, Matlock, solicitors, on behalf of the representatives of the late Mr Charlesworth, to Messrs Taylors of Bakewell, solicitors. The land conveyed to Potter in 1900 is now owned by Mr Eyre whose solicitors threaten legal proceedings against the representatives of the late Mr Charlesworth for erecting a gate on the adjacent road where they claim to have been given by the conveyance a right of way. May we borrow the draft conveyance and plan?
