Particulars and conditions of the sale by auction on 18 February 1895 of the following property:In Matlock Street, Bakewell: Lot 1 two houses occupied by F.E. Norman and A.J.C. Todd. Lot 2 three houses in Dagnall Terrace occupied by Mrs Matkin, Robert Broomhead, and Albert Rowland. Lot 3 a house in Dagnall Terrace, Matlock Street, occupied by Alfred Rogers. Lot 4 a house called Wood View, adjacent to Lot 3, occupied by Mary Clarke; at Youlgreave. Lot 5 a cottage at Coldwell End occupied by William Buxton. With a contract for the sale of Lot 1 to John Foster, innkeeper, for £680.
