Agreement between (1) Edward Lomas of Bakewell, marble manufacturer; and (2) Francis Norman of Bakewell, builder; - reciting that until recently (1) was a marble manufacturer at Bakewell, and agreed with (2) for the sum of £1,100 to transfer to (2) the goodwill and stock-in-trade of his marble business, which sum has now paid, and (2) has entered on the premises; (1) hereby covenants not to carry on business as a dealer in marble or marble manufacturing or polishing within 12 miles of Bakewell Church
