Draft lease by (1) the Alport Mining Company; to (2) George Woodiwiss of Paignton, Devon, esq, William Buchan of Bakewell, under-steward, and Charles Henry Glossop of Bakewell, bank manager; - of certain mines situated in the Liberty of Harthill, being owned by (1) and known by the names of Blythe Pipe, Crowshaw Pipe, Pump Scrin, Bakers Vein, and Hardwork Shaft, for a period of two years beginning 25 Mar 1888, with permission to use machinery, etc, including the horse whim at Windley Shaft, and to pay 1 shilling per load of lead ore or blende obtained therefrom.
