Draft conveyance by (1) Charles Harwood Clarke of Westfield Bromley, Kent, esq, Fredric Fahrmann Clarke of Aldridge Lodge, Stafford, esq, and the Rev James Langton Clarke of 25 Clarendon Square, Leamington, Warwickshire, clerk in holy orders; to (2) Josiah Wallwin of Churchdale, near Bakewell, farmer; - reciting that (1) are the devisees of the late Charles Clarke of Matlock, esq, under his will dated 26 Jan 1859, testator dying on 13 Apr 1863, and the will proved on 9 Jun 1863, and that by his will all his real estate was left to his widow, Anne, for life, and then to testator's nephews (1) in trust for them to sell and that the said Anne died on 17 Oct 1885; and that land called Hunters Mere Piece and Grindlow Hollow, totalling 60a-2r-28p, all in the Parish of Ashford, is now hereby sold for £1,125.
