Title
Epitome of parcels of Mrs Redfern's estate at Hartington, Sheen, and Darley Bridge, with notes of the titles affecting the different lots - in a conveyance of the property inherited by Mrs Redfern of Hartington form Mr Fogg, with view to an arrangement for a partition; - reciting that Miss Sarah Fogg died intestate, that her heir was her brother, Thomas Fogg, who died intestate as a bachelor, and the his heir was his brother, Joseph Fogg, who died intestate, and his heir was his sister, the said Mary Redfern.
