Particulars and conditions of the slae by auction on 9 Apr 1872 of property situated at Eyam and Stoney Middleton: Lot 1: blacksmith's shop occupied by Benjamin Drabble, being situated at the back of the Bold Rodney Inn at Eyam. Lot 2: two cottages occupied by James Robinson and Jno Cocker, being situated in that part of Stoney Middleton which is in the Parish of Eyam. Lot 3: three cottages together with a barn and stable occupied by the Rev Urban Smith, being situated in the part of Stoney Middleton which is in the Parish of Hathersage. With contracts for the sale of the various lots.
