Title	Precis of the title to Holme Hall Chert Mine reciting the terms of the lease dated 25 Mar 1875: that the Duke's mine was then let at a dead rent of £250 pa and a royalty of 5s 6d per ton, whereas Holme Hall Mine was thereby leased for 7 years at dead rent of £165 and a royalty of 5s 6d per ton of 20 cwt, etc.
