Draft conveyance by (1) John Morton of Bretton, in the Parish of Eyam, yeoman; and (2) Catherina Margaretha Brittlebank of Winster, widow and sole executrix of Andrew Brittlebank, late of Winster, gentleman, who died on 23 Apr 1848, being the mortgagee for £20; to (3) Francis Morton of Eyam, farmer, being a son of the said John Morton; - of a house a at Bretton occupied by John Morton, and two pieces of land at Bretton called Middleton Engine Closes, since known as Unwin Edges, 3a 0r 22p, once in two pieces, in consideration of (3) providing for the care of the said John Morton and Mary his wife 26 Feb 1870
