Draft case in the dispute heard at the Derbyshire County Council held at Bakewell on 17 Dec 1870 in which the plaintiff was Sarah Prince of 102 Friar Gate, Derby, spinster, and the defendants were Ann Prince of Draycott, Derbyshire, widow, and administratrix of John Prince deceased, and Louisa Prince of the same place, spinster, and infant and daughter of the said Ann Prince; - concerns two cottages at Stantor Lees, occupied by Robert Hull and John Stevenson
