Proved at Lichfield 26 Jun 1848 To my son Thomas all my freehold estate situate in the Hamlet of Hassop, on condition that he pays 1 shilling a week to my brother William Fidler until his death, this being a moiety of 2 shillings a week devised to him under the will of my father, Thomas Fidler; after the death of my son this land is to pass to his children. To my daughter Mary, the widow of William Taylor of Liverpool, all my copyhold estate situate in the Township of Ashford for her natural life, but she to pay the other moiety of 1 shilling a week to my said brother.
