Title
Copy probate copy of the will of Robert Fidler of Rowland, farmer Will date 23 Feb 1833. Proved at Lichfield 26 Jun 1848 To my son Thomas all my freehold estate situate in the Hamlet of Hassop, on condition that he pays 1 shilling a week to my brother William Fidler until his death, this being a moiety of 2 shillings a week devised to him under the will of my father, Thomas Fidler; after the death of my son this land is to pass to his children. To my daughter Mary, the widow of William Taylor of Liverpool, all my copyhold estate situate in the Township of Ashford for her natural life, but she to pay the other moiety of 1 shilling a week to my said brother. After her death this land is to be sold and the interest from the proceeds paid to the children of my said daughter Mary Executors: son Thomas Fidler and Robert Thornhill of Great Longstone
