Copy draft conveyance by (1) John Hutchinson of Bakewell, innkeeper, being the mortgagee; and (3) the said Sarah Stone and John Charles Mycock, otherwise Stone, of Taddington, farmer, being the sole surviving executors of the will of the said James Stone which was proved at Derby on 15 Oct 1866; to (4) Anthony Chapman of Taddington; - of land situate at Taddington, being known by the names of Sough Nook 4a 1r 8p, Sough Pingle 0a 3r 8p, Sough Close 3a 2r 27 p, and an occupation lane which leads to South Pasture, all being occupied by the said Sarah Stone, for £50 2 Mar 1870
