Draft release by George Briggs of 80 Camden Road Villas, Middlesex, gentleman, and Francis, his wife, to James Taylor of Bakewell, mercer; - of a farm situate at Ludwell, in the parishes of Hartington, Derbyshire, and Sheen, Staffordshire, with a bone mill and machinery and land called Goodwins Croft; - reciting that Joseph Gould of Pilsbury Grange, in the Parish of Hartington, gentleman, by his will dated 26 Jan 1824 devised the said premises in trust for the testator's nephew, John Gould, and also devised the tithes at Bubnell, Derbyshire 1861
