Copy draft conveyance by (1) James Long, formerly of Nuttall, Nottinghamshire, farmer and brewer, but now of the Town of Nottingham, brewer; with the consent of (2) Samuel Parsons of Nottingham, gentleman, being the dower trustee of the said James Long; and with the consent of (3) Charles Darwent of Bakewell, farmer; to (4) Francis Roe of Bakewell, Union Clerk; - of a messuage situated in the Mill End, at Bakewell, which is called the King's Arms Public House and is now occupied by John Cooke; reciting that had contracted to purchase these premises for £565, but the said Francis Roe hereby purchases them for £593, paying (1) £565 and (3) £28 23 Jun 1860
