TitleProceedings at the Great Court Baron for the Manor of Ashford held on 7 Jun 1859 Sarah Baxter of Ashford, spinster, who died in Jan 1844, owned a copyhold messuage in Ashford lately occupied by Benjamin Keeling but now unoccupied, having been sold to Ann Baxter who died on 13 Feb 1859, bequeathing it to Sarah Blackwell who sold it on 30 May 1859 to T Brushfield of 5 Church Street, Spitalfields, Middlesex, gentleman, who is now admitted. John Allcard of Sheldon, farmer, by his will dated 29 Aug 1829, proved 12 Oct 1832, bequeathed further Two Greaves Close at Sheldon 2a 1e 0p, to which John Wilmot of Wheal, in the Township of Taddington, farmer, is now admitted
