Draft conveyance by (1) Charles Carill Worsley of Platt Hall, within Rusholm near Manchester, esq; and (2) John Henry Barker of East Lodge, in the Parish of Bakewell, esq; and (3) Stephen Melland of Brampton, near Chesterfield, esq; to (4) Joseph Skidmore of Ashford, farmer; - of the freehold part of Spital Meadow, situate in the Township of Ashford, and of certain equitable estates in the copyhold part thereof, with absolute covenants for title as to the entirety of the said piece of land, for £190, reciting that (1) owns the land subject to a ¼ share held in trust for (2) and another ¼ share held in trust for (3) 25 Mar 1858
