Title
Great Court Baron for the Manor of Ashford: Ann Flint's estate 27 Oct 1857 - reciting that at a court held on 24 May 1856 there was presented the death of Ann Flint [as above], her will proved in 1824 [see above]. Edward Mycock died in Aug 1841, leaving William Brandreth the sole surviving trustee until his death in Dec 1848: his heir at law is Job Brandreth of Heath Houses, in Monks' Coppenhall, Cheshire, slater. Edward, the husband of Jane Dakin died in Oct 1855, and Jane Dakin is now aged over 63. Draft admission of her children Elizabeth Dakin died in Oct 1855, and Jane Dakin is now aged over 63. Draft admission of her children Elizabeth Dakin and Eliza Dakin to one moiety, and of Job Brandreth to the other moiety of the one sixth share of property at Sheldon, and surrender by them, in consideration of £100, to Andrew Brittlebank of Winster, gentleman, and his admittance thereon
