TitleLetter from Henry Hills of Sheffield to Thomas Broomhead 22 Nov 1856 - re Mrs Shiers four shares in Salad Hole Mine: it seems that Miss Boaler sold the shares through Mr Wilson of Sheffield but had no authority to order such sale. The writer of the enclosed (6) married Mrs Shiers' niece. I believe that your transfer is valid and that the barmaster ought to correct the registration of the forged sale document
