Will dated 12 Feb 1857 All personal estate to my son Matthew Bennet and to my grand-daughter Martha Gould (who are to be the executors) in trust to pay my debts: then a 1/3rd share to my said son, a 1/3rd share to my daughter Harriet Frost, and the other 1/3rd to the children of my late daughter Julia Gould - with margin notes as to the beneficiaries
