Title	Copy of the will of Nathan Marshall alias Hole the younger of Curbar, farmer Will dated 17 Jan 1844 All to son John Marshall alias Hole, and brother in law John Elliott of Grislowfield, in Curbar, farmer, in trust; testator's wife Ann to live with son John if agreeable, receiving her food and clothes, otherwise she to have the net income of freehold land at Tideswell [Taddington deleted] for life or until remarriage, viz. Wisemore Land 5a 3r 9p, it then to be divided among the children (Elizabeth, the wife of William Hallam, and sons William, George, and Thomas Marshall) equally except Elizabeth to have £10 more; Backside Close 1a 3r 0p to son John to help him find proper trade for sons George and Thomas; son John to succeed to the farm as tenant to the Duke of Rutland Appended are the following four items: Abstract to the will of Jonathan Hole of curbar, dated 8 May 1748, and proved at Lichfield on 17 Oct 1748 (ii) Draft statutory declaration gf William Stone of Curbar, labourer, in his 75th year, concerning Nathan Marshall's family31 Dec 1850 (iii)Draft statutory declaration of Sarah, wife of Francis Glossop of Ashford, in her 64th year 6 Nov 1860- is the daughter of Henry Schofield decd Taddington who has tenant of Hoppinghead, Hardshafts, and Waterey Close at Taddington (iv)Copy of notes concerning the Marshall family from their bible 1730-1809
