Description
Mugginton School was founded by the charity of Rev Samuel Pole and Ann Pole. In 1746 Rev Samuel Pole granted to his brother German Pole a moiety of certain lands for teaching poor children. Their mother, Ann Pole, then bequeathed £100 in her will for the instruction of poor children at Radbourne.
