Lease from Joseph Dodsworth of Burton upon Trent, plumber, to Nicolas Cross of Stapenhill mason, of a messuage (except for the liberty of one chamber over the 'parlar') in Stapenhill, with enclosed ground called the Honglands Close, the Bushy Croft, the little Astle, with half of a half-acre in the Church Meadow, the orchard next to William Wattson, and various pieces of land, beast gates and selions in the fields [fully described]
