These items are described in the Derbyshire Record Society's "A Catalogue of Local Maps of Derbyshire c.1528–1800" (compiled by Harold Nichols, revised by Mary Wiltshire assisted by Susan Woore, published 2012). The description reads as follows:
A Survey of Several parts of Mr. Wrights Lands and Several parts of Mr. Claytons Lands in and about Clown: Mr Wrights being distinguished by Yellow and Containing 23 acres, 1 rood, 25 perches And Mr. Claytons by Green and containing 25 acres, 0 rood, 03 perches. Surveyed by R. Willson. 1713. Surveyor:Robert Willson.Scale: 80 poles or ¼ of an English mile [1:4000]. Size: 34 x 29 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK472745 Notes: compass rose. Estate map, 48 acres, description as above: endorsed 'R.Willsons Survey of some Lands at Clown 1713'. Location: DRO, D547 M/P6

Willson 1713. Surveyor:R.Wilson. Scale: 80 poles or ¼ of an English mile [1:4000]. Size: 37 x 31 cm. Materials: ink on paper. Centred on: SK472745 Notes: description as above covering the same land except the most easterly and south easterly parcels: endorsed 'Clowne Surveys and Ri.Willson's Survey of some Lands at Clown. 1713'.
