TitleDraft appointment of new trustee by the Venerable Thomas Hill, archdeacon of Derby, John Walker and Edward Walker gentleman, of Lincolns Inn

DescriptionRecites that marriage took place between John Walker and Georgiana Bossley on 26 Oct. 1826, and that £1,000 to which John Walker became entitled thereby, was invested in 3% Consols by the trustees of the marriage settlement, Thomas Hill and Gilbert Crompton;
on decease of Sarah Bossley, widow, on 30 May 1841, ¼
of estate of George Bossley was received by the trustees, and also invested, in trust for John Walker for life, remainder to Georgina, remainder to their issue, remainder to trusts expressed in Georgiana's will;
their only child died an infant, and Gilbert Crompton died 20 Oct. 1844, leaving Thomas Hill the sole trustee;
recites will of Georgiana Walker [D547M/F1];
now Edward Walker is appointed trustee in the place of Gilbert Crompton, the trusts remaining those expressed in original settlement.
