Description
Reciting that by marriage settlement of 25 Oct. 1826 has power of disposition by will of £1,000 in the event of having no issue; thus £1,000 is bequeathed in trust for her husband, John Walker for life, remainder in trust for her two sisters, Ann Frances Bossley and Deborah Catherine (Hill) Crompton for life, as tenants in common, remainder in trust for her five nephews and nieces, John Crompton, Deborah Broomhead, George Crompton, Mary Ann Crompton and Mary Elizabeth Hill; £19 19s bequeathed to each of the brothers and sisters of her husband, Margaret, Edward, Ann and Francis Morgan Walker; codicil made in 1852: Francis Morgan Walker has died, so his legacy bequeathed to his widow Harriot;
note that limited probate granted 5 March 1855
